Aisha brings nearly 20 years of experience as an executive level professional in the nonprofit sector. Prior to becoming Managing Partner & Chief Generosity Officer at Blended Measures, she was Chief Development Officer at Agape Youth & Family Center. Before serving in this role, Aisha was Chief Development Officer at Families First, Inc., an agency with a $10 million budget, where she provided executive leadership and strategic direction to the organization’s resource development, fundraising and marketing initiatives.
She is an experienced nonprofit leader and fundraising professional having raised well over $28 million dollars for local nonprofit organizations, in the past 7 years alone. Aisha is skilled at strategically engaging volunteers and creating cyclical cultivation and stewardship efforts to ensure that all constituents have an authentic connection to, and vested interest in, advancing the mission of the organization she represents.
Aisha has seventeen years of experience creating and implementing development plans, managing annual campaigns, planning, and executing successful fundraising events, securing major gifts, writing award- winning grant proposals, casting vision, coaching staff, and working with Board of Director level volunteers to increase resources and agency visibility. Aisha is a member of the Greater Atlanta Chapter of the Association of Fundraising Professionals (AFP) where she has held various leadership roles. Aisha earned her Bachelor of Arts from Duquesne University and a Master of Arts from Luther Rice University & Seminary.
Keisha Tennyson Dudley

Keisha brings nearly 17 years of experience as an executive level professional in the nonprofit sector. Prior to founding Blended Measures, she served as Executive Director for a start-up organization, Kids’-Doc-On-Wheels, Inc. She has also served as Vice President of Marketing & Development for Whitefoord, Inc. In her role, she directed fundraising and marketing initiatives to support the organization’s $4 million budget.
Keisha began her nonprofit career with a fundraising consulting firm in Atlanta. She has conducted development assessments, facilitated strategic planning sessions, led leadership retreats to educate nonprofit organizations on board roles and responsibilities, best practices, development of cultivation and solicitation strategies, and implementation of fundraising plans. Additionally, she has managed multi-million-dollar fund development efforts, external communications, and volunteer initiatives for several other organizations. Keisha has been a member of the Greater Atlanta Chapter of the Association of Fundraising Professionals (AFP), where she served on the Board of Directors as Vice President of External Affairs. She has also served in numerous other roles including Communications Chair, Membership Chair, Program Chair, and Chair of the 27th Annual National Philanthropy Day (NPD) celebration. As NPD Chair, Keisha founded the Atlanta AFP Chapter’s “Promoting Philanthropy in the Classrooms” volunteer service project.
She is a proud alum of L.E.A.D. Atlanta, a program of Leadership Atlanta for young professionals. Keisha has volunteered her time with several causes she is passionate about. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from Brenau University and a Business Management degree from Middle Georgia State University.
